The Customer shall:

The Customer is liable for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipment information.

5. Packaging Requirements

Shipments must be:

  • Clearly labelled
  • Protected against damage from normal handling

Winify shall not be liable for loss or damage due to insufficient packaging or undeclared fragile goods.

6. Tracking and Support

Our network includes real-time tracking and dedicated customer support. Customers can monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery and receive assistance for any inquiries or issues.

7. Compliance and Restricted Goods

The Company will not transport prohibited or restricted items, including:

  • Illegal items under UK law

Customers are fully liable for any shipments containing restricted or prohibited goods.

8. Transit Times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Winify's liability for loss or damage to goods is limited to £50 per shipment. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.
